Note: we cut the paper according to how you intend to print it, and the software program you intend to use. We'll probably ask you questions to make sure the operation will go smoothly for you. If you don't have graphic design software (such as Illustrator, QuarkExpress, InDesign, FreeHand, PageMaker) - we have made templates in Microsoft Word which you can download upon placing an order.

Most styles are are processed and shipped from our location within seven days. We generally ship by UPS. PLEASE NOTE: This doesn't mean you get the order in seven days! Overnight and special shipping is charged as per UPS shipping charges. Also - many of the papers we use are unusual, imported, handmade and otherwise unreliable in perfect color consistency and availability. We try to note on the product page if something is temporarily unavailable. Your invitation could be held up because one paper or a ribon is out of stock. We try really hard to keep our inventory levels up so we can deliver quickly. Generally, we ship all the parts we have in stock so you can get started on the printing and assembly. We ship the backorder out as soon as the stock arrives, and we ship the backorder at our expense.

The months of April through July are especially busy - so please order accordingly.

If you want to see the quality of our invitations, we encourage you to order a free sample. You can test your printer on the envelopes and, with some designs, on the invite card itself. Our samples are printed on a low-end HP laser printer. Click the link above to request a sample.

Each invitation design is made from a number of different handmade and fine papers - which are cut, fabricated and each part is individually wrapped by us -- for you, specifically.

Only the best papers are used -- imported from quality paper mills in the U.S, Europe and Asia. We work hard to make sure that you get them quickly and that your invitation will be exceptionally beautiful. However, if you didn't have time to order a sample and the materials are not what you expected:

• No returns of partial order. We accept returns within 30 days but charge a 20% restocking fee. You are responsible for shipping charges.
• If you are having a problem printing any of the papers we send you, please call us (toll free) and we'll troubleshoot what the problem might be and -- if there is a printer compatibility problem -- send you a substitute paper.

If you have trouble with any aspect of making your wedding invitations, please call and we'll do our best to solve the problem.

Sales become final 30 days after the order is delivered to recipient, so open your box and check contents right away. Please do not return items to us later than 30 days after you have received them. (Items must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days after the order was delivered to recipient, not be shipped within 30 days. Please allow transit time when returning items.) Exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of InviteSite and will be issued a credit at the current selling price minus a 20% restocking fee.

YOU MUST TELEPHONE or E-MAIL US FIRST for a return authorization number! Don't just surprise us with your return, as it will delay your refund.

YOU CAN CONFIRM RECEIPT OF YOUR RETURN AFTER 30 DAYS
We cannot confirm receipt of a return/exchange until it has been processed. If it has been more than 30 days since your return arrived at our warehouse and your return has not been processed please contact us via email and include your name, order number and tracking details for your return so that we may assist you further.
